Where do you deliver to?

Virtually all addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.

What are the delivery prices and timescales?

As a small business, we are currently unable to offer free delivery. Instead, we aim to keep our prices at a reasonable level and add a delivery charge which covers us for the postage and packaging cost based on the weight of your order.

These delivery rates will automatically be added to your order based on the weight of the products in your basket.

All delivery timescales are subject to availability
We can't deliver overseas or to PO Box and Channel Island addresses.
Working day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?

For larger parcels that will be delivered through the Standard Parcels service, in the unlikely event of loss or damage, compensation up to £41 is included in the price. However you can also opt for extra compensation cover. If you would like to add this extra cover, please select the appropriate shipping rate when you check out.

What order confirmation will I receive?

1. Order confirmation
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. We are now unable to amend or cancel it. Where we receive your order before 2pm Monday -Friday, we will aim to process it the same working day (subject to stock availability).

2. Order despatch
If all items on your order are in stock at the time of processing your order, we will send you a e-mail to confirm that your order has been despatched and is with the carrier for delivery. Depending on the shipping rate (weight band of your order), you will receive your order within 1-5 working days.

3. Problem with order
If there is a problem with your order, for example an item is currently out of stock, or a colour option is unavailable, we will contact you to advise the expected delivery timescale and offer you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.

I haven't received all of my order

Check your confirmation e-mail to see if all items were ordered.

Check your despatch email to see if items have been cancelled.

Remove all packaging to confirm the item isn't hidden

However, if the item is definitely missing please contact us.

Where is my order?

Check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery timescale based on the price you have paid for delivery. Larger parcels will take longer as these are delivered on a 3-5 working day service to keep costs low.

If you missed the Royal Mail delivery, there should be a card stating that the package will be re-delivered the next day, or you can arrange collection. See the details on the card.
