Our Approach

Our training programmes and workshops have been created to meet the current challenges in Early Years. Reflecting the philosophy of Active Learning as the most effective way of learning, they provide a balance between activity, discovery, resources, information and discussion. Using a range of demonstration areas we role model Best Practice in the setting and classroom environment.



Workshops have been developed to encompass attachment, early child development, working with babies, toddlers and pre-school children.  

We also deliver programmes for those working in management roles in early years.

Commissioned training is delivered by Mary Barlow and associates. Our training is presented with pride and dedication recognising that individuals bring unique values into their Early Years work.

Training takes place in a relaxed atmosphere and some programmes take advantage of our position in the woodlands surrounding Belton Woods Hotel. Special hotel rates available for those wishing to stop overnight.
